Анотація
Мета: провести аналіз і узагальнення наукових публікацій з питання впливу факторів війни на показники захворюваності та клінічний перебіг артеріальної гіпертензії.
Матеріали і методи. Проведено аналіз та узагальнення наукових досліджень і публікацій щодо особливостей захворюваності військовослужбовців та населення, що постраждали внаслідок війни. Використовувались методи: системний підхід, бібліосемантичний, аналітичний.
Стаття присвячена впливу факторів війни на показники захворюваності та клінічний перебіг артеріальної гіпертензії (АГ) у військовослужбовців та цивільного населення. На підставі огляду історичних даних та сучасних наукових джерел проведено дослідження пролонгованої дії стресових факторів на розвиток АГ, особливості клінічних проявів, можливості прогнозу її ускладнень у пацієнтів, що постраждали в результаті військових дій. Вплив нервового напруження у бійців переднього краю чітко виявлявся, гіпертонія, відмічалася в середньому в 3 - 4 рази частіше, ніж у бійців армійського тилу. Підкреслена чітка залежність частоти артеріальної гіпертензії у військовослужбовців від тривалості їх перебування на передовій. У людей молодого віку вона може починатися гостро, мати прямий зв'язок з нервово-психічними перевантаженнями і виникати надзвичайно швидко після психічної травми у осіб, що раніше мали нормальний тиск.
Висновок: Важке психічне травмування та негативні емоції, що супроводжують як військовослужбовців, так і цивільне населення у період війни, можуть бути причиною не тільки росту захворюваності на АГ, а і слід очікувати значного підвищення виникнення хвороби у людей молодого віку з важкими клінічними проявами.
