Анотація

Вступ. В умовах повномасштабної війни в Україні система первинної медичної допомоги (ПМД) функціонує за умов підвищеного психоемоційного навантаження населення. Зростає кількість пацієнтів із поєднаними соматичними та психоемоційними порушеннями, що потребує підсилення психологічної складової професійної підготовки фахівців фізичної терапії, ерготерапії та психології.

Мета . Е мпірично перевірити структурну модель терапевтичної компетентності як психологічної підсистеми професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців ПМД .

Матеріали та методи. Проведено багатоустановче крос-секційне дослідження за участю 2696 студентів майбутніх ерготерапевтів, фахівців з р е абілітації та психологів 11 закладів вищої освіти України. Використано стандартизовані методики оцінки емпатії ( IRI ), емоційної регуляції ( ERQ ), стилів прив’язаності ( ECR - R ) та авторську анкету терапевтичної компетентності. Застосовано факторний та множинний регресійний аналіз.

Результати . Підтверджено структуру трикомпонентної моделі (емпатійно-комунікативний, емоційно-регуляційний та реляційний компоненти). Модель пояснює 52% варіації інтегрального показника терапевтичної компетентності ( R ² = 0.52; p < 0.001). Емпатія виявилася найсильнішим предиктором компетентності, когнітивна переоцінка продемонструвала позитивний зв’язок, тоді як уникання прив’язаності та неадаптивні стратегії регуляції були пов’язані зі зниженням її рівня.

Висновки . Отримані дані підтверджують значущість емпатії, емоційної регуляції та характеристик прив’язаності як психологічних чинників професійної підготовки фахівців первинної медичної допомоги. Запропонована трикомпонентна модель може бути використана при розробленні освітніх програм та стандартів підготовки реабілітаційно орієнтованих спеціалістів.
