Анотація
Вступ. Люди, що живуть з ВІЛ (ЛЖВ), мають велику потребу у фізичній терапії (ФТ), однак існує багато перешкод у доступі до неї. Конкретних рекомендацій щодо того, як інтегрувати ФT в мультидисциплінарні команди та амбулаторні програми допомоги ЛЖВ, в даний час не вистачає.
Мета дослідження. Визначити фактори, які слід враховувати при інтеграції ФТ у роботу мультидисциплінарної команди при наданні допомоги ЛЖВ.
Матеріал і методи. Проведено описове соціологічне дослідження, що складалося зі співбесіди з медичними працівниками (n=12) та з дорослими, які живуть з ВІЛ (n=13).
Результати дослідження та їх обговорення. Керуючись принципами біопсихосоціальної моделі при вивченні бар’єрів і факторів, які потрібно враховувати під час інтеграції ФТ у мультидисциплінарну команду ведення ЛЖВ, виділено 8 контекстуальних факторів, які можуть вплинути на інтеграцію ФТ у догляді за ЛЖВ.
Висновок. Роль ФТ у догляді ЛЖВ є багатофакторна та орієнтована на пацієнта, особлива роль належить контекстуальним факторам.
Перспективи подальших досліджень. Структурування режиму ФT з орієнтацією на конкретного пацієнта; розробка методів оцінювання ФТ як складової міжпрофесійної допомоги.
