CODE OF ETHICS FOR SCIENTIFIC PUBLICATIONS
The authors of the published original papers should use materials of their own scientific research. The declare not evidence information and its use is unlawed. All the kinds of lending materials or sources might be arranged appropriately with the determination of the title of the author and obtained original source. The plagiarism in any type of form, the unstructured quotes and the assignment of rights of the materials and their results of the research are unallowable.
The authors of the problematic issues of original papers and reviewing papers are obliged to identify the original sources and might also adhere to the cited standards. The authors are required to indicate the contribution to each of the collaborators to take research results as a principle of publication article. The authors who are not take part in the research not to be allowed as the collaborators. The author is not allow journals to be published scientific work, that has been previously typed-out, as well as scientific works, that are intended for publication in other type of journals (publishing houses).
The authors apply the place of work, position and e-mail to their personal information, which allows them to be published in the journal.
The authors are aware, that their article is being directed for review (the name of the reviewer might be unknown). The authors are obliged to cooperate with scientific, literary and technical editors in order to improve, reduce or supplement their article in accordance with the comments and additions of the reviewer (the editorial board), as well as to correct of any printing errors or fingerprints.
In the case of several errors in the article and the inaccuracy of the information, which were specified by the author after its sending out the manuscripts to the editorial board, indicates a phase of consideration or has already been published, so the authors have obligation to notify the editorial board within the time limit. The authors confirm their unique origin of the article and assume responsibility for possible copyright by third parties. In the case of identification of the plagiarism the authors take responsibility for materials rendered.
ETHICAL GUIDELINES ENGAGE WITH AUTHOR AND EDITORIAL BOARD
The editorial board is managed the activities by the regulation No. 4 «Intellectual Property Rights» of the Civil Code of Ukraine and other legislative and regulatory acts, which are regulated the copyright.

The need for accountability publications with academic standards and prevent conflicts of interest across the business requirements.
In the case of necessity of publication revision, retraction, apologizing in accordance with the international ethical guidelines for scientific publishing and the requirements of the legislation on protection of intellectual property rights.
The journal offered an international space opportunity for scientific discussions and publications, also proposed publications for the junior researchers and the issuance their research results and access to the colleagues researches.
Not to accept articles wich are contained political sense, inaccurate and prejudiced views of other scientific researchers and activities of scientists. The editorial board evaluates the content of the article without regard of author’s race, gender, gender orientation, political and religious views, position, social origin, nationality. The editorial board should make decision on publication of the article motivated by authenticity, scientific significance and scientific novelty of the represented paper.
In the case of specification elements of copying elements in the scientific researches (the plagiarism) or the evidence of the same publications by different authors in publishers.The editorial board takes measures to identify the reasons for the offence of the ethics of publications, notifies the authors and reserves the right to delete, allow for the consideration of futher article printing. The editorial board preserves confidentiality of the articles content for publications.
Should not apply the materials for submission to third parties or for own purposes without the written agreement of the authors. For all the authors’ claims, the editorial board allows the reasonable and detailed answers aiming towards resolving conflicts.
ETHICAL GUIDELINES OF THE REVIEWER OPERATION
At least one of the most respected scientist gives recommendations and reviews in the specified branch. The reviewer should give the objective and reasonable assessment of the results of the research, following the approved review structure of the editorial board. The author’s personal criticism is unacceptable (the editorial board provides blind review). The information of paper which is not to be printed and not to be used by the reviewer for personal purposes.
In his/her opinion the reviewer who hasn’t the required qualification to get classified the role of the manuscript or has a conflict of interest and may not be objective, should notify the editorial board and should be excluded from the process of reviewing this paper. The review analyzes the correspondence received information to the requirements of the journal by topic and volume, as well as measure the results of the researches novelty, literace, clarity regarding the presented materials and the precision of information of the bibliographic author’s list. The examination of article by the reviewer is the observation about the possibility of its publication that has been introduced with further refinements and fundamentally rethought and re-examine regarding article’s delating. This conclusion is approved by the editorial board.
Following the internal and external review, the article is sent to the author included the reference to the article with the necessity of revisions and the period of implementation while the personal datails of the reviewer and the scientific editor being kept into confident.
